The founders of Entier and the senior advisors who bring their expertise to the table are a confederation of leaders from the medical and science communities as well as other allied technology, performance and health and wellness organizations in conjunction with its team of seasoned business leaders.




The Entier Advisory board is a group of individuals representing various disciplines and industries most applicable to
the core business enterprises of Entier who provide critical strategic advice to the senior leadership.


Nicole Kasten, Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer

Ms. Kasten has nearly thirty years of real estate development, consulting and law experience in multiple US markets, across virtually all functional disciplines and property types, highlighted by accomplished leadership on projects, exceptional development vision, legal and transactional expertise and innovation. Ms. Kasten is a co-founder of Entier and serves as its Chief Development Officer responsible for interfacing and developing with the the company's key corporate partners and all associative private and governmental entities on the development of the Performance Zone facility.  She also assists in the ideation and development of the company’s core technology platforms and will lead in the company’s efforts to expand its presence in domestic and international markets through new facility development. Ms. Kasten is an attorney licensed in the State of Connecticut. She began her career representing clients on general litigation matters as well as matters related to the funding and development of real estate projects and expanded the practice to include the structuring of real estate development and finance projects. In 1998, Ms. Kasten teamed with nationally recognized sports facility development and finance experts to form ScheerGame Sports Development. She was primarily responsible for business development within the firm and built strong relationships with government officials, stakeholder groups and the general public and utilized highly effective presentation skills to advance the execution of complex project plans. Prior to joining Entier, Kasten served as Executive Director of Ecologic Resource Group, a real estate development company specializing in environmentally-sensitive properties.

Tanya Porter, Chief Science & Technology Officer

Ms. Porter has over 30 years of experience working within elite sports, coaching, athlete performance and  organizations of all levels from within the Olympics, NGB/NSOs, professional sports, education, athlete data management, sports training franchises and talent-identification groups. She is a pioneer and innovator in performance technologies, application within sports performance and has served as a liaison between coaching, athlete development and technology. Tanya began her career as Head of Performance Technology for the United States Olympic Committee, where she pioneered development of the discipline for the US Olympic Committee and spear-headed the integration of technology into sports performance assessment. She has led numerous organizations integrating multiple disciplines of sport science and in the development of training tools for Olympic NGBs, national team programs and with elite coaches and athletes. She has managed numerous product developments in advanced technologies for sport performance and delivered education programs to bridge between performance technologies and athlete development with US Elite level coaches. Most recently, Tanya served as Senior Vice President of Business Development for Fusion Sport, Inc., where she contributed in athlete data management and athlete assessment product development, established brand development and product integration of the Fusion Sport products to be delivered to the North American markets. Fusion products include Smartabase - a comprehensive and customizable athlete data management solution, key to athlete monitoring, cloud-based data collection and sports performance development and data analytics; and Smartspeed - a scientific based sports performance assessment and training tool for speed, power, reaction and timing system. As a presenter at MIT SLOAN Sports Analytics Conference in 2014, where Smartabase was awarded the SLOAN ALPHA award, recognizing the most promising technology to impact sport. She also served as Vice President – Training and Technology for Athletic Republic corporate office, where she worked to develop a network of science-based sports performance training franchises, comprehensive integration of athlete monitoring and assessment technologies, and creating and managed education program development and delivery for the company's network of sports performance trainers and facilities.

Bob Glinka, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Glinka has over 30 years’ experience working with both domestic and international companies.  He has served in a variety of senior leadership roles during his career, including several years in C-Suite capacities.   Mr. Glinka has been involved in the development and operation of small and large scale publicly traded, privately held and startup companies primarily in travel, leisure, hospitality and sports businesses. Mr. Glinka co-currently serves Chief Executive Officer of Resort Investment Advisors, an advisory firm focused primarily on real estate and hospitality operating initiatives. Mr. Glinka started his career with The Walt Disney Company serving in a variety of capacities within functional areas such as Accounting, Financial Planning, Business Development and Operations Planning. During his tenure at Disney, Mr. Glinka was involved in the business planning, opening and operation of several theme parks, resort properties and sports facilities. Mr. Glinka holds a BSBA from Western New England University in Springfield, Massachusetts and an MBA from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College where he graduated number one in his class and earned membership into Beta Gamma Sigma, the prestigious international honor society which recognizes business excellence.

Chet Romano, Co-Founder and Senior Operations Advisor

Chet Romano brings over forty years of high level business operations to the Entier Advisory Board. From 1976-2008, Mr. Romano was the owner/operator and CEO of Budget Rent a Car of Newark Liberty International Airport. This facility was the largest and most profitable independently owned car rental company serving the three New York area airports. Among his many responsibilities, Romano negotiated space permits, leases and concession agreements with The Port Authority of New York & New Jersey and designed its car rental service facility interface with Newark Liberty International Airport Monorail System. In 2008, Romano negotiated the sale of all operating assets of Budget Rent a Car of Newark Liberty International Airport franchise to the parent company Budget Rent a Car System, Inc. Prior to assuming ownership at Budget, Mr. Romano was the franchise liaison to the Ford Marketing Corporation for the company.

Jim Whitehead, Chief Medical Industry Advisor

Jim Whitehead is the CEO/Executive Vice President of the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) in Indianapolis, Indiana, a position he has held since 1990. Prior to his coming to ACSM, Whitehead served in executive roles at the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery in Washington, DC and also was a principal of an association management firm that specialized in health and science institutional clients and political candidates at the U.S. federal level. Whitehead has an extensive record of highly successful organizational start-ups, incubations, and massive scale growth. These include the creation of influential entities such as the Datalys Center for Sports Injury Research and Prevention (currently Board Chair), the National Youth Sports Health and Safety Institute (currently Executive Officer), and the National Coalition for Promoting Physical Activity (Past President and adjunct Executive Director). Beyond leading the exponential growth of ACSM itself, Whitehead also has refined and expanded numerous existing organizations, such as the Joint Commission on Sports Medicine and Science (currently Board Chair).  His area of research and practice focuses on systematic innovation and health policy and administration.

​John Holena, Senior Advisor, Data Analytics/Machine Learning

Mr. Holena is a managing member and founder of JRH Capital Management, LLC, a proprietary trading manager focused on statistical arbitrage in the U.S. equities market. Before founding JRH Capital Management, Mr. Holena was a founding member of Revere Street Capital Management, LLC, which also conducted statistical arbitrage on U.S. equities. Mr. Holena’s roles included developing and managing the firm’s strategies as well as research and trading platforms. Prior to Revere Street Capital Management, Mr. Holena worked at Goldman Sachs & Co on the fixed income proprietary trading desk. There, he managed the US dollar curve book, trading a range of products including swaps, futures and bonds, as well as volatility derivatives thereof. Mr. Holena received his BA in computer science (magna cum laude) from Harvard University, and was a Fulbright Scholar in Stockholm, Sweden.

Erin Kogan, Senior Advisor, Operations/Quantitative Solutions

Ms. Kogan co-founded MANA Partners in 2015, and manages all of the firm’s financial. operational and compliance activities, including oversight of MANA Securities, the firm’s broker-dealer subsidiary. Previously, Erin was at Knight Capital for five years, where she worked as a Program Trader, and subsequently as a Relationship Manager. Erin double-majored in Mathematics and Economics at Rutgers University where she also completed her Master of Science Degree in Quantitative Finance. She also received a second Master of Science Degree in Finance and Economics from Columbia University.

Nico Pronk, PhD, FACSM, FAWHP, Senior Advisor for Worksite Wellness

Mr. Pronk is vice president for Health Management and chief science officer for HealthPartners, a non-profit, member-governed integrated health system headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Dr. Pronk is also a senior research investigator at the HealthPartners Institute for Education and Research; adjunct professor for Society, Human Development and Health at the Harvard School of Public Health; visiting research professor in Environmental Health Sciences at the University of Minnesota, School of Public Health; member of the Task Force on Community Preventive Services; and founding and past- president of the International Association for Worksite Health Promotion. His research expertise lies in the areas of population health improvement, the role of physical activity in health, and the impact of multiple health behaviors on health outcomes.

Dr. Wei Liu, Senior Advisor, Biomechanics and Human Performance Science

Dr. Liu earned a Doctorate in Rehabilitation Science from the University of Maryland and a Masters Degree in Biomedical Engineering from University of Vermont. Liu currently holds a faculty position at Auburn University where he is director of their Rehabilitation Biomechanics Laboratory (RBL). Dr. Liu is a rehabilitation scientist specializing in biomechanics and motor control. He has extensive research experience in motion analysis of lower and upper extremities function movement such as arm reaching and human walking. Dr. Liu’s current research is focusing on combining aspects of Motor Control Theory, Biomechanics Modeling approach and Imaging technique such as Electroencephalogram (EEG), f-MRI to develop improved treatment interventions for individuals with disabilities such as Stroke.
